My yoga training:
I am a certified Dharma Yoga and Yoga Synthesis Yoga instructor, registered with Yoga Alliance. I was first introduced to yoga and meditation at the
age of twelve. After practicing yoga regularly for eight years, in 1999, I underwent a yoga
teacher training course with Raji Thron in New Jersey, culminating in my 200 hour yoga teacher certification. Since
that time, I have taught yoga privately and in various health clubs and yoga studios. In 2006 I became an initiate of
Sri Dharma Mittra, whom I had first met during my yoga teacher training, and in 2008 underwent his Life of a Yogi 500 hour
advanced yoga teacher training. I am qualified to teach
Dharma Yoga Levels I, II, II, and IV. I have been teaching yoga now for thirteen years.
